GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Free Cancellation if you cancel before 24 hours to the day of enjoyment of the contracted activity. (Full refund of the money)
2. In the case of no-show at the point and time specified by the User, the bus will not wait for the service to be carried out. The user will not have the right to reimbursement of the amounts previously paid for that purpose for the contracted service. (Keep in mind that buses can have specific delays, the pick-up times are indicative and not contractual)
3. The collections may sometimes be somewhat late with respect to the scheduled time, in this case no compensation will be made, as the scheduling of the visits will not be affected. This also does not exempt the user from waiting at the indicated point.
4. Excursion to Fuerteventura it is essential to carry a valid ID or passport, otherwise the excursion will not be possible.
5. Cancellations by the Lanzaroteguides company: The company reserves the right to make cancellations due to force majeure such as weather alerts, lack of participants in the excursion, errors or any other cause. LOST PROPERTY POLICY
The Lanzaroteguides SL company is not responsible for any object lost during the excursion.
However, as an act of good faith, once the tour is over, the guide must check the bus together with the driver to see if there are any lost objects.
In the event that a lost object is found, it will be deposited that same day at the Lanzaroteguides office for subsequent collection by the owner at said facilities.

CAR RENTAL - RENT A CAR
Reservation confirmations are immediate. If the selected model is not available, a similar or superior model will be delivered.
Reservations include the following features:
No amount of money is withheld for fuel.
The fuel tank must be left as it was delivered at the time of rental.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. (After 24 hours no refund will be made)
If it takes more than 15 min. Upon arriving at the meeting point at the time indicated in the reservation, the user will not have the right to any type of refund and the contracted service will not be performed. (In case of delayed flight departures, you can inform before taking off to modify your reservation and see if it is possible to modify your transfer)
In case of force majeure or any other situation for which it is not possible to carry out the transfer by LanzaroteGuides, in no case will the user be entitled to any compensation for missing flights or other expenses that may be caused by not performing the service .
SEA EXCURSIONS
All maritime excursions are subject to weather conditions.
In case of having to cancel an excursion due to adverse weather conditions, you will be able to choose between changing your excursion for another day when places are available or request a refund of 100% of what was previously paid.
Whale watching: Conditional on a minimum of 4 people to make the excursion, in the case of not being able to do it due to lack of participants, 100% of the payment made will be reimbursed.
EXCURSIONS TO FUERTEVENTURA OR FROM FUERTEVENTURA TO LANZAROTE
It is essential to carry your valid ID or passport, if you do not carry it at the time of boarding the ferry, it will not be possible to continue the excursion and you will have to pay for your own return to your accommodation, nor will you receive any refund of the paid for the tour.

LAND EXCURSIONS
The option of riding a camel mentioned in all our excursions that visit the south of the island as an extra of € 6, is conditional on the camel caravan being at the camel stall.
If said caravan has to leave the camel stall due to bad weather conditions, plagues or any other reason. The option of the tour will not be available and no refund will be made in the amount of the excursion.
